New Scotchgard™ Protected Seat Covers and Floor Mats

“Over the meadow and through the woods, to grandmother’s house we go…” I always think of this song when it comes to the busy holiday season. People are traveling everywhere in planes, trains and autos. With children, with animals, and with food… all of which can be very messy. It’s the perfect time to think about protecting your car with Scotchgard™ products from Kraco.

Whether you’re looking at protecting seats or floors in your car, Kraco has expanded its line of Scotchgard-protected seat covers and floor mats. Take a look! Stain and fade-resistant, these fashionable car accessories make cleaning up spills a snap, regardless of who’s to blame!Screen Shot 2015-11-06 at 3.40.28 PM

Go ahead! Don’t be one of those parents who never lets their kids take food or drinks on the road (or stop to go to the bathroom, for that matter). Enjoy the time on the road with the family as well as the time you spend with relatives when you get to your destination, without ever having to be a “car Grinch” again.Screen Shot 2015-11-06 at 3.41.26 PM

Did you ever wonder what spurred on the development of Scotchgard? I did as I was writing this post, so I thought I would share what I found with you here. Apparently, 3M scientist Patsy Sherman was working on a “new kind of rubber for jet aircraft fuel lines” (Bellis, n.d.). A bottle of synthetic latex spilled on an assistant’s white canvas tennis shoes and would not wash off. Even better, the area became stain resistant. Scotchgard was first sold in 1956, but was patented in 1973 for treating carpets and became known as Scotchgard.

So there’s your science/history lesson for the day… all compli+ments of Kraco to highlight their new Scotchgard seat cover and floor mat products. Get yours for your car today, and happy holidays from Kraco!

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this website.

It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s very difficult to get
that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual appearance.
I must say you’ve done a fantastic job with this.
In addition, the blog loads very fast for me on Opera. Excellent Blog!
